These FairPlay Live terms and conditions govern one thing: how you use fairplay-live.org. Six clauses. Your FairPlay account itself, with its deposits, bets and payouts, sits on the exchange and answers to that operator's own rulebook, not to this page.
FairPlay Live Terms and Conditions: the 6 Official Clauses
Opening any page on FairPlay Live means you accept the list below. It is short on purpose.
- Adults only, 18 plus. Each FairPlay Live page assumes the reader has turned 18, which is what the badge in our footer signals. Under that age, stop here. Whether real-money play is lawful for you depends on the rules where you live, so settle that before you open a FairPlay ID.
- A resource, not the operator. This site does not hold your FairPlay ID, your rupee balance or your KYC documents. Nothing you type here creates an account; the login fields shown on some of our pages are read-only mock-ups for exactly that reason.
- Links out to the exchange. Every Log in and Sign up button points to 99exchlogin.com.in, a separate site run by someone else. The moment you land there, its terms apply instead of ours.
- No financial advice. We publish no tips and no predictions, and nothing here promises a profit. Figures like the ₹500 UPI minimum deposit describe how FairPlay works at the time of writing. They are not a nudge to stake anything.
- Our words, their marks. Every paragraph on fairplay-live.org, from the ticker line to the mock odds board on the home page, was written for this site. Quote a sentence with a link back and nobody minds; mirroring a whole page is another matter. The FairPlay name and logo, plus titles such as Aviator or Teen Patti, belong to whoever owns them.
- Changes. We revise this page when the exchange changes something we describe, and the date at the foot shows the latest edit. Reading on after that date counts as accepting the new wording.
How FairPlay Terms Apply Once You Move to the Live Exchange
Two rulebooks, then. Ours covers reading. The one on the exchange covers money, and that is where most disputes live.
A few of the operator rules readers trip over: one FairPlay account per person (a second one registered on another mobile number breaks their terms), a KYC name that has to match the bank account used for payouts, and bonus money that carries wagering, a time limit and a cap on stake size while it clears. A message we see fairly often runs like this. The deposit went through, the withdrawal did not, and the reader asks FairPlay Live to push it along. We cannot; we never touch the wallet. In nearly every such case the name on the FairPlay ID differed from the bank record by a letter or an initial, and only the exchange's verification desk can correct that.
Probably the most useful habit, then, is registering with your exact legal name from the first OTP onward (the FairPlay register walkthrough shows the fields). It saves a week of back and forth.
